Sometimes writers stop one thing to write.
What can you stop doing in order to make time and space to write?
Go stop it.
Write.
And share your post with the #sosmagic community.
*Remember, you don’t have to accept this invitation…but I do hope you will accept the invitation to write. Sharing our stories is magical.

There are all kinds of ways God lets us know we are not alone. Yes indeed! Ruth, you are NOT alone.

This week we did something that we haven’t done in over a year: https://lcinmo.wordpress.com/2021/04/29/small-reunion/

You wrote something so true – so what I want for my family – It was good to see the whole person, rather than just a head via zoom. I’m glad you had a chance to have a small reunion.

So incredibly powerful – the idea – the repetition – the words. And that little worlds that has grabbed all of us – LOSS.

“Do you need rescuing?” my daughter asked. Here’s the answer.

When I read your writing – I feel like we could be colleagues, next door neighbors, friends. I share your sentiments so often that I wonder how two people thousands of miles away, different ages, different experiences can look at the world the same way. I am so glad your daughter and spring are ready to rescue you. This is hard word we do – it is joyful and hard. I repeat like a mantra something my mother would always end our conversations with – BE GOOD TO YOURSELF.

I took Ruth’s advice and stopped my busy-bee life to give a spring offering to my beloved cousin. And thank you Ramona – for the golden shovel poem idea!
